He, along with two others, is accused of forming a criminal group. During searches at his home, authorities reportedly found a diplomatic ID and jamming devices. The investigation stems from a complaint by businessman Răzvan Leu, who claims Georgescu deceived him regarding a credit line. The case also involves financial transactions linked to Russian citizens and a bank controlled from abroad.
