Călin Georgescu a avut o singură întrebare când a fost săltat din trafic, luni dimineață, de DIICOT și ofițerii Poliției Române

Călin Georgescu, former presidential candidate, was detained by DIICOT for alleged involvement in organized crime and fraud. He was stopped while driving and questioned but remained mostly silent, only asking why he was being detained. Following nearly nine hours of searches at his home, he was taken to DIICOT for questioning. Supporters gathered outside, expressing solidarity. The investigation involves accusations of defrauding a businessman of over 1.1 million euros through a fraudulent loan scheme. Additionally, two jamming devices and a questionable diplomatic credential were found in his car. Georgescu is also facing charges in other criminal cases.
