Calea Văcărești se înverzește: noi plantări în cadrul proiectului de regenerare urbană

The project aims to enhance the area with species like Ilex and Prunus, contributing to the greening initiative. Over 300 trees are planned for planting, as part of a broader urban regeneration effort. Mayor Daniel Băluță emphasized the importance of green spaces for cleaner air. Traffic impact is minimized during the works, scheduled for low-traffic times. Additionally, pedestrian crossings will be improved for safety.
