Calea ferată Cluj-Napoca - Oradea - Episcopia Bihor: Care e stadiul lucrărilor?

The electrification and rehabilitation project for the Cluj-Napoca – Oradea – Episcopia Bihor railway is progressing, with lots 1 and 2 at 76% and 77% completion respectively. The project includes modernizing tracks, drainage systems, bridges, and stations, aiming to enhance safety and connectivity. After completion, trains will reach speeds of up to 160 km/h for passengers and 120 km/h for freight. The project is crucial for improving railway links in northwestern Romania with the European network.
