Cafeaua schimbă ceva important în organism. Ce au descoperit cercetătorii ? • Newsweek România

A recent Finnish study found a link between higher coffee consumption and lower body fat, along with increased muscle mass. Researchers analyzed data from 2,264 individuals, noting that coffee drinkers had lower total and visceral fat, despite similar BMI. Hormonal differences were observed, with men showing improved glucose and insulin profiles, as well as higher testosterone levels. In women, associations were less pronounced. The study highlights the need for further research to establish causation, as current findings only indicate correlations.
