Cadastrul iese treptat din blocaj: e-Terra repornește, dar extrasele CF nu sunt încă disponibile

The e-Terra application, affected by a cyberattack, is being gradually restarted starting August 11, 2026, initially for ANCPI staff and notaries. Citizens cannot yet request land registry extracts, and other ANCPI online platforms remain offline. The government announced that the application will prioritize processing pending documents from the downtime. Access will expand to authorized personnel on August 12, but public access is still restricted. Approximately 94,000 requests were pending during the outage, and their processing timelines have been extended. e-Terra now operates in the Government Cloud, with potential temporary unavailability of some documents.
