CAB respinge suspendarea desemnării lui Siegfried Mureșan

The Bucharest Court of Appeal dismissed the request from the Association of Italians in Romania to suspend the presidential decree appointing Siegfried Mureșan as prime minister candidate. Initially, the association sought to annul the decree but later modified their action, leading to the suspension of the case. The court ruled that the request was inadmissible due to lack of legal standing and upheld exceptions raised by the defendants, including the Presidential Administration. The case was initiated on September 22 by the association led by independent MP Ioana Grosaru, targeting both the Presidential Administration and the Official Monitor.
