Ca în filmele cu mafioți. Momentul în care ar fi fost cerută mita de 450.000 euro din dosarul Waldevar Energy. Avem declarația proprietarului companiei!
A bribery case involving Waldevar Energy has emerged, with a demand for 450,000 euros communicated via a tablet. The incident was reported to the National Anticorruption Directorate by a whistleblower. The CEO of Waldevar Energy, Cristian Theodor Dragomir, and his accomplice, Gregor Hudohmet, were arrested following the allegations. The company's sole shareholder, Leon Ion Arhire, detailed how he was approached by Hudohmet, who handed him a tablet with a message requesting a 2% commission. Arhire expressed concerns about the payment's legitimacy, fearing it would attract scrutiny from authorities. The prosecutor noted that Arhire's testimony aligns with recorded evidence, while Dragomir's lawyer requested a careful review of Arhire's statements, given his role as a whistleblower. Both Dragomir and Hudohmet are currently in preventive detention for 30 days.
