Bușoi: România nu cere ajutor de urgență pentru energie de la UE
Romania currently does not need to activate the emergency plan or request cross-border assistance from the EU, as the energy market is functioning well. Secretary of State Cristian Bușoi noted that electricity availability has improved in the region, particularly with Hungary reducing its imports. He mentioned that high temperatures may increase energy consumption, especially in the evenings, but wind energy production is expected to rise. Bușoi assured that there are no current limitations on industrial consumers, although they have been informed of potential restrictions. The government has chosen not to publish a list of companies that could be affected by these limitations to protect their reputations.
