Bușoi: Ne așteaptă o iarnă și o primăvară cu prețuri foarte mari la electricitate
Cristian Bușoi, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, stated that Romania's energy system has proven more resilient than expected, but high electricity prices are anticipated for winter and spring 2027. He highlighted the ongoing closure of Cernavodă reactors and the risk of rising electricity prices due to the current situation in Europe. Bușoi emphasized the need for stable prices for industrial consumers and mentioned the successful absorption of over 800 million euros from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) for renewable energy projects. He also discussed the ongoing implementation of the Modernization Fund and future investment opportunities in energy.
