Bursa Internaţională a Moldovei a fost lansată oficial

The International Stock Exchange of Moldova (BIMx) was officially launched in Chisinau, aiming to enhance investor confidence and facilitate capital access for companies. Developed in partnership with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BIMx plans to start trading soon after admitting brokers and issuers. The exchange is expected to strengthen Moldova's financial system and attract institutional investors, with a target to increase its capital from 1.5 million euros to 3 million euros by 2026. BIMx is positioned as a transparent and liquid market, aligned with Moldova's European integration goals.
