The Romanian stock market operator has launched the annual BVB Arena program, aimed at identifying and promoting entrepreneurial companies with potential for capital market access. Entrepreneurs can engage with capital market professionals and explore development options until November 15. This year's edition introduces a new evaluation methodology and selection process. The program targets companies with growth potential, requiring a minimum turnover and profit over the last three years. The process includes nomination, selection of 40 'IPO Candidates', and further evaluation leading to the designation of 'IPO Ready' companies. The program aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial community in Romania.
