The Bucharest Stock Exchange launched the BVB Arena 2026 program to support Romanian entrepreneurial companies aiming for stock market listing. Eligible firms must have a minimum turnover of 5 million lei and profit for the last three years. Nominations are open until November 15, 2026, and can be submitted online. The selection process will evaluate companies based on financial performance relative to their sector. Forty companies will be designated as 'IPO Candidates' and will engage with capital market professionals. Ultimately, twelve firms will be named 'IPO Ready' and three will receive the 'IPO Public Choice' award. The program aims to strengthen the Romanian entrepreneurial community and has previously helped companies raise significant capital.
