Bunurile de lux cumpărate pe firmă intră în vizorul ANAF: inspectorii verifică dacă sunt folosite în scop personal

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) will conduct checks on companies that purchased luxury goods or set up leisure spaces to determine if these expenses are economically justified. The inspections aim to ensure that such purchases are related to the companies' economic activities and not for personal use by associates or administrators. ANAF will focus on whether these expenditures can be deducted and if VAT can be reclaimed, especially when related to personal residences. Companies in sectors like tourism and hospitality may still deduct legitimate expenses. Taxpayers can voluntarily correct any unjustified deductions before inspections begin, as part of ANAF's efforts to enhance fiscal discipline.
