Romanian tourists can stay at Black Sea hotels for as low as 39 lei per night until September 30, as part of the 'Litoralul pentru Toți' program. This initiative aims to make vacations more affordable for those who cannot afford high-season prices. The program, supported by the Romanian Federation of Tourism Employers, offers discounts of up to 70% at participating hotels. The lowest price is in Eforie Nord, while Mangalia has the highest at 108 lei. Tourists are encouraged to book quickly due to limited availability, with some offers extending into October.
