Bulgaria va cumpăra șapte nave de vânătoare de mine din Belgia și Olanda pentru a proteja Marea Neagră
Bulgaria has approved the purchase of seven mine-hunting vessels from Belgium and the Netherlands to enhance NATO's maritime security in the Black Sea. This decision follows a NATO summit agreement to expand joint mine countermeasures among Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey. The new vessels will aid in protecting critical infrastructure and addressing risks from floating mines due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The Bulgarian Parliament has approved agreements for three vessels from the Netherlands and four from Belgium, which will bolster Bulgaria's existing capabilities.
