Bulgaria is set to receive its first mine-hunting vessel from the Netherlands and Belgium by October, as confirmed in a meeting between Defense Minister Stoianov and Dutch Ambassador Hartog. The vessels are part of a bilateral defense cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing Bulgaria's naval capabilities and contributing to Black Sea demining operations. The meeting also addressed airspace protection and NATO commitments, with discussions on military training and cybersecurity cooperation. The Dutch ambassador reiterated the Netherlands' commitment to strengthening collective security in Europe.
