Buletinul vechi nu se mai eliberează. Cum obțin orădenii noile cărți de identitate și cât costă
Starting August 1, 2023, the old identity cards from 1997 will no longer be issued in Romania. Citizens can choose between the Electronic Identity Card with a chip and the Simple Identity Card without a chip. Exceptions apply for Romanians abroad and certain adults. Existing old cards remain valid until their expiration date, but will not be accepted for travel in the EU after August 3, 2031. New identity cards can be requested at home for those unable to visit the office due to medical reasons. The Electronic Identity Card is free for those aged 14 and older, while the Simple Identity Card costs 40 lei. Applications in Oradea can be submitted at the local office.
