Bugetul Metrorex a fost aprobat

The Romanian government approved the 2026 budget for Metrorex, projecting total revenues of 1.797 billion lei, a decrease of 23.19% from 2025. Operating revenues will account for nearly all income, with subsidies set at 761.49 million lei, down 12.77%. Despite a projected increase in passenger numbers, total expenses are expected to decline by 21.08% to 2.093 billion lei. Personnel costs will rise, while estimated losses will decrease to 295.5 million lei. Investment expenditures will focus on expanding metro lines and acquiring new trains.
