The Ministry of Energy has announced a funding program of 500 million euros to support investments in renewable energy production, specifically solar energy with integrated storage for public entities. Applications will be accepted online from September 28, 2023, until November 20, 2026, or until the budget is exhausted. Eligible applicants include various public institutions and organizations. The funding covers up to 100% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of 10 million euros per beneficiary. The program aims to reduce energy costs for public services and is financed through non-reimbursable funds from the Modernization Fund.
