The project, estimated at $650 million, will feature 183 residences, including four penthouses, and aims to blend the brand's automotive heritage with luxury living. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, the building incorporates elements of Bugatti's visual language, such as the iconic C-line. Interior design will be handled by Yabu Pushelberg, focusing on high-quality materials and attention to detail. Bugatti aims to provide a unique lifestyle experience, with personalized services and a strong connection to its automotive roots. Sales are expected to begin in 2027, marking Bugatti's second residential venture after Dubai.
