Budapesta salută proiectul de lege al Ucrainei pentru consolidarea drepturilor minorităţii maghiare
Hungary welcomed Ukraine's initiative to strengthen education rights for the Hungarian minority, which may improve relations between the two countries. Prime Minister Peter Magyar noted that the proposed law enhances legal guarantees for Hungarian-language education. He emphasized that progress on minority rights is essential for Hungary's support of Ukraine's EU accession. The announcement follows recent bilateral discussions and an agreement on linguistic and cultural rights. Magyar reiterated that Hungary does not support accelerating Ukraine's EU negotiations.
