Bucureștiul pierde teren pe piața imobiliară. Orașele regionale atrag tot mai mulți bani
In the first nine months of 2026, Bucharest attracted only 29% of Romania's commercial real estate investments, a significant drop from the usual over 50%. Regional cities, particularly in the West, are increasingly drawing capital. Total commercial real estate investments reached €654 million, surpassing the entire 2025 volume, with retail comprising 61% of this. International investors accounted for 83% of the total investment, with Middle Eastern investors leading at 44%. The average transaction value doubled compared to the previous year, indicating growing confidence in Romania's market. The market remains cautious but optimistic for the last quarter of 2026, with potential annual investments nearing €1 billion.
