Ciucu emphasized that the infrastructure is outdated and cannot be replaced quickly, predicting continued problems during the winter season. He personally experiences difficulties with hot water supply, reflecting the broader issues faced by residents. The municipal company responsible for heating has begun checks on the network, aiming to minimize disruptions during colder months.
