Bucureștiul depășește Brașovul la prețurile apartamentelor. Cât costă metrul pătrat în Capitală

Bucharest has surpassed Brașov in apartment prices, now ranking second in Romania. The average price per square meter in Bucharest is €2,312, while Cluj-Napoca remains the most expensive at €3,316. Timișoara also saw significant price increases, with a rise of about 8%. Other cities like Sibiu and Iași are nearing €2,000 per square meter. Despite the growth, annual price increases are generally below inflation rates, and the depreciation of the leu against the euro adds pressure on buyers.
