Bucharest may impose restrictions on deliveries during peak traffic hours, affecting courier and supply vehicles. If approved, these rules would prevent such vehicles from operating between 7-9 AM and 5-7 PM, starting January 1, 2027. Violators could face fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 lei, although exceptions exist for emergency services and refrigerated transport. Similar measures are already in place in other cities like Cluj-Napoca and Constanța, where delivery access is limited to off-peak hours.
