Bucureștiul a intrat în Cartea Recordurilor cu o masă lungă de 5 kilometri. Primarul general al Capitalei: „A fost o mare sufragerie aici, în centrul orașului”

On Saturday, tens of thousands gathered in Bucharest for the "Table that Unites" event, aiming to break a Guinness World Record and raise funds for Romania's first pediatric psychiatric hospital. Approximately 20,000 participants sat at a 5,055-meter-long table along Unirii Boulevard. The event celebrated community and solidarity, with a Guinness representative confirming the record. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu praised the organizers for bringing people together for a noble cause. The funds raised will support the construction of a 3,900-square-meter psychiatric center at the Obregia Hospital, addressing the growing need for mental health services for children in Romania.
