Bucharest set a World Record with "The Table that Unites," gathering 20,000 people at a 5-kilometer long table for a charitable cause. The event aimed to raise funds for Romania's first pediatric psychiatric hospital, built in collaboration with the Metropolis Foundation. A Guinness World Records representative confirmed the achievement, highlighting the sense of community and solidarity among participants. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu praised the organizers for bringing people together and emphasized the importance of the funds raised for the hospital's construction. The event featured 20,000 meals prepared from over 5 tons of food, including traditional dishes and desserts.
