Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Monday's session with gains of over 3% across most indices

The Bucharest Stock Exchange experienced a strong start to the week, with most indices gaining over 3% and a total turnover of 156 million lei. The BET index rose by 4.07%, while BET-Plus and BET-XT increased by 3.96% and 3.92%, respectively. The BET-FI index saw a smaller rise of 1.31%. Notably, the BET-NG index, focused on energy and utilities, climbed by 4.23%. Banca Transilvania was the most traded stock, followed by OMV Petrom and ETF BET Patria. Cris-Tim Family Holding led the gains with a 14.74% increase, while Bittnet Systems faced the largest drop at -11.36%.
