Bucharest Court of Appeal dismisses Association of Italians' request to suspend presidential decree on nomination of Siegfried Muresan as PM

The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected the request from the Association of Italians in Romania to suspend the presidential decree appointing Siegfried Muresan as Prime Minister candidate. The lawsuit, initiated by RO.AS.IT, was deemed inadmissible, with legal experts noting that presidential decrees cannot be challenged as acts of authority. Additionally, eleven organizations representing the Italian community expressed concern over RO.AS.IT's position, clarifying that it does not reflect the views of the entire community.
