Two students from the Pedagogical College "Ștefan cel Mare" in Bacău were reportedly injured by falling plaster from the classroom ceiling. Medical staff evaluated the girls, but no ambulance was called as their condition was stable. Parents were not informed about the incident, raising concerns about safety. Images show a hole in the ceiling where the plaster fell. The building, a heritage monument, is part of a rehabilitation project worth approximately 87.8 million lei, mostly funded by European sources. Authorities are currently conducting investigations while local administration works on contractor selection.
