Breșa prin care hackerii au intrat în sistemele Cadastrului. Primele concluzii despre atacul care a blocat ANCPI în toată țara
The investigation into the cyber attack on the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration reveals that attackers gained access through a compromised public web application. The incident, identified on July 14, 2026, is considered the most severe cyber attack in the agency's history, rendering all its IT systems inoperable. Initial findings indicate no compromise of the Oracle Exadata database, which manages land registration records. The agency has isolated its infrastructure to prevent further spread and is working with cybersecurity authorities to ensure data integrity. Approximately 100,000 requests were processed after the e-Terra system was restored, with other services set to resume gradually after security checks.
