Georgescu, aged 64, is also being questioned alongside his wife, Cristela, as part of ongoing investigations into electronic devices seized from their home. The court is reviewing a challenge to the seizure of their villa in Mogoșoaia, which was implemented to recover potential damages of 1.1 million euros related to the case.
