A Romanian pilot successfully shot down a drone in the country's airspace on Saturday morning, marking the second such incident in two days. The drone was intercepted near Sfântu Gheorghe, shortly after entering Romanian airspace. The Ministry of Defense confirmed that the pilot, using an F-16, engaged the drone following standard procedures. This incident follows a similar event the previous day, where another drone was also neutralized by Romanian forces. The Ministry continues to monitor the airspace closely.
