A ship was reportedly struck by a drone near the Neptun Deep platform, with 13 crew members on board, one confirmed dead and another missing. Rescue teams from ARSVOM are responding to the incident. The vessel, Royad Mammadov, was en route from the Ukrainian port of Ismail. The incident occurred while President Nicușor Dan was meeting with OMV Petrom representatives.
