The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected PNL's appeal against the suspension of the Extraordinary Congress decision, confirming the lower court's ruling. The initial suspension was upheld, but the request to suspend the new Statute was denied. Another court has suspended the Statute, which is also under appeal. Currently, there are eight lawsuits filed by PNL dissenters against their party, with all cases to be resolved at the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
