Marin Andrei Cristian, an 18-year-old boy from Bucharest, was reported missing but has been found shortly after his family alerted authorities. A RO-Alert message was issued when he left home and did not return. The young man, diagnosed with Down syndrome, was last seen wearing specific clothing and carrying a black backpack. Authorities are still unclear about his whereabouts before being located.
