Meteorologists have issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain, mixed precipitation, and strong winds affecting several regions in Romania. The warning is in effect from October 12 at 10:00 AM until October 13 at 10:00 AM, targeting areas in Muntenia, southeastern Oltenia, and the Curvature Carpathians. Rainfall amounts are expected to reach 15-20 l/m², with local exceedances of 30 l/m². Wind gusts may reach 45-50 km/h in some areas and up to 90 km/h at higher altitudes. Bucharest will experience a significant temperature drop and frequent rain starting Monday, with expected rainfall of 20-30 l/m².
