BRD Asset Management preia Patria Asset Management pentru 5,5 milioane euro

BRD Asset Management has acquired Patria Asset Management for nearly €5.5 million, enhancing its portfolio with the largest ETF in Romania. The transaction was completed on August 5, 2026, following the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Patria Asset Management manages over 1.8 billion lei in assets and has more than 57,000 investors. The acquisition is expected to positively impact the profit and loss account by 25.4 million lei in 2026. The CEO of Patria Bank expressed optimism about the future of Patria ETFs under BRD's management, highlighting their innovative investment solutions.
