Tudor Iliescu has acquired the One North Gate office building in Pipera for approximately 7 million euros, enhancing his real estate portfolio. The purchase involved acquiring Element Investiții Imobiliare from a group led by Ionuț Dumitrescu. The building, fully leased, offers 4,500 square meters of space and 131 parking spots. Following the acquisition, Iliescu injected 3.7 million euros into the company to settle debts. This move follows his previous investments, including a stake in the One Gallery project and the purchase of a hotel in Brașov.
