The aim is to enhance efficiency and clarify responsibilities within the ministry, which previously had an excessive number of management roles compared to operational staff. The new structure will consist of eight general directorates, focusing on distinct areas such as public policy development and financial management. Darău emphasizes that the goal is not merely to cut positions but to fundamentally improve the ministry's functioning, ensuring better support for entrepreneurs and companies in Romania.
