A 50-year-old driver in Brașov hit three pedestrians, resulting in two fatalities. He had a history of epilepsy but stopped treatment voluntarily. Authorities had no record of his medical incapacity to drive. The driver expressed remorse and claimed he lost consciousness before the accident.
