Brașov: Platforma Belvedere de pe Tâmpa va fi refăcută

The Belvedere platform on Tampa Mountain in Brașov will undergo renovation due to collapse risks, with an investment exceeding one million lei. The mayor signed a contract for the project, which is expected to be completed in three months by a local company. The old platform was deemed unsafe for tourists, prompting its closure. The new design will feature laminated wood, ensuring environmental friendliness and a quicker construction time. Additionally, the contractor must address the platform's cadastral and heritage documentation, as the previous structure was not properly registered. Until the renovations are complete, visitors can enjoy views from the top of Tampa.
