Brasov-based Apa company to borrow 25m euros from EBRD for EU-funded project

Apa Brașov is set to secure a €25 million loan from EBRD for a major EU-funded project to modernize water and sewerage systems. The Brasov County Council approved the loan, which will support a €200 million initiative to upgrade extensive water supply and sewerage networks. The project includes significant infrastructure improvements and is expected to be completed in 84 months. This loan follows a previous €27 million loan taken in 2011 for another EU project, which has since been repaid.
