Brânza frământată de Teaca, un nou produs românesc aprobat de Comisia Europeană ca Indicație Geografică Protejată

The European Commission has approved the registration of "Brânza frământată de Teaca" as a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) from Romania. This cheese, made from raw cow's milk, is unique to Teaca, a village in northern Romania. Its production involves traditional methods passed down through generations, ensuring its distinct taste and quality. This designation adds to over 3,900 protected names in the eAmbrosia database, highlighting the cultural significance of local products.
