„Brânza frământată de Teaca”, protejată de UE ca produs de indicație geografică - StartupCafe

The European Commission has approved the registration of "Brânza frământată de Teaca" from Romania as a protected geographical indication (PGI). This cheese, made from raw cow's milk, is produced in Teaca and involves a unique traditional process. Its characteristics are deeply tied to local cultural practices and expertise passed down through generations.
