BrancusiYear/Reading at Table of Silence in unique cultural event in Targu Jiu

On September 12, Targu Jiu will host a cultural event celebrating 150 years since Constantin Brancusi's birth, transforming the Table of Silence into a reading space. The 'Movement for Reading' tour invites the community to engage in a Silent Reading Party from 4 PM to 6 PM, featuring actress Maia Morgenstern. Participants will read for 40 minutes, emphasizing the communal aspect of reading. Morgenstern will also discuss the significance of reading in a separate session earlier that day. Both events are free and open to the public, aiming to inspire a new cultural engagement in the community.
