Boomul AI mută alte 20 de miliarde de dolari spre SUA: companiile taiwaneze își extind investițiile în tehnologie
Taiwanese companies plan to invest an additional $20 billion in the U.S., driven by rising demand for AI technologies and semiconductors, according to Taiwan's Economy Minister. The announcement was made during the SEMICON Taiwan event, although specific companies and project details were not disclosed. Taiwanese firms are actively investing in the U.S. to expand their operations, especially after the SelectUSA summit. The U.S. aims to bolster its semiconductor industry and reduce reliance on Asian manufacturers. The $20 billion does not include investments from TSMC, which recently announced $100 billion for its Arizona operations, totaling $265 billion in planned U.S. investments.
