IMM Romania warns of potential cascading inspections from various public authorities regarding the use of electronic fiscal devices. They are calling for a one-year extension of the suspension of fines until November 1, 2027, due to the technical impossibility of complying with the new requirements. The president of IMM Romania, Florin Jianu, emphasizes the lack of consultation with the business environment before imposing these obligations.
