The Chamber of Fiscal Consultants (CCF) has alerted the Ministry of Finance about this issue, stating that no electronic cash register currently on the market can issue receipts with the required QR codes. Distributors are unaware of the necessary technical specifications, which hampers the entire implementation process. CCF urges the Ministry to urgently address the situation and consider legislative measures to prevent penalties for businesses. The risk of sanctions is heightened as multiple institutions can conduct checks.
